My life story in a few tweets. 🧵

I don’t usually talk about myself like this, but I feel like telling my story today.

I’ve been through things I never thought I’d survive. I’ve had moments where I smiled around people and went home wondering how I was going to figure everything out.

Growing up, I didn’t have everything I wanted. There were things I had to learn the hard way. I watched people around me move forward while I sometimes felt like I was standing in the same place.

I’ve failed. I’ve made mistakes. I’ve trusted the wrong people. I’ve lost people I thought would always be there. And there were times I questioned myself more than anyone else ever could.

But somehow, I kept going.

There were days I had no motivation, no money, no clear direction and no idea what the future looked like. I still woke up the next day and tried again.

One thing life has taught me is that everybody is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Some people just hide theirs better.

I’m still not where I want to be.

I’m still figuring things out. Still learning. Still making mistakes. Still trying to become the person I know I can be.

But when I look back at where I started, I’m proud that I didn’t give up.

Maybe my story isn’t extraordinary yet.

Maybe I’m still in the early chapters.

But I believe one day I’ll look back at all of this and understand why I had to go through it.

For now, I’m just grateful to still be here.

And I’m going to keep going.

This is only the beginning. ❤️‍🩹
