Throughout this series of writings, I have said several times things like "I don't have much interest in manga," "I don't like drawing too much," or "I made up the story as I went along." Perhaps some readers have gotten the impression that I don't take manga too seriously. I am not going to deny it, but I am also the kind of person who, if they decide to do something, does it all the way to the end with all its consequences. I have always strived and tried to give 100% in every aspect of my work. Although it might be bad of me to say so, I am one of those who hide the effort.
