@MAS MH is the by far the WORST Airline I have ever dealt with . The customers are disrespected and never listened to . No point of contact . I have been going back and forth over a cancelled flight ( which MH did) and have been seeking refund for over a year now . I have been

instead given an EMD after almost 8 months when I asked for a credit voucher that I can use directly on website if I intend to make a new booking . I was also not explained what an EMD is and its TCs . I assumed it to be a credit voucher .I have spent so much time over the phone
