@winthropma02152 @townofwinthrop @townhalltweets Yeah we obviously don't have big city resources, but this has been the case for as long as I can remember and it seems like it's being intentionally ignored at this point. The snow will melt and people will forget until next year, but in between nothing is ever addressed.
