So my brand new contract iphone has been blacklisted for about 3 months now after it was stolen and nobody at @MTNza has fixed the problem. The manager and her bos of my outlet even blocked me from calling them. Is this service??? AND I’m paying for this phone!!! WTF @MTNza ?????

@5FM @SamsungMobileSA @SamsungMobileSA & 5FM This would make me a BIG G this summer cause I’ll be taking the most breath-taking photos and videos and will treasure the memories forever & look back at them on my infinity-O screen with it’s awesome camera features #5FM #ConnectLikeaG

Your client service has REALLY decreased exponentially over the last few months! It’s really not fair to us loyal clients! I’m paying for a device I can’t use and I can’t get it sorted out because @MTNza doesn’t give feedback on the problem!!!!! 😡😡😡

[Dominique Stack @Niqi111]

@MTNza my contract phone was stolen, I then blacklisted it, police retrieved the phone & returned it back to me. I’ve been waiting OVER TWO WEEKS for @MTNza to unblacklist my phone so that I can use it! NO RESPONSE AT ALL! I’m paying ALOT of money monthly to MTN for this phone!!!

[Dominique Stack @Niqi111]

@MTNza PATHETIC!!! I’ve visited your stores MULTIPLE times and I’ve phoned your customer care MULTIPLE times. They keep opening tickets and tell me there is nothing more they can do than wait for a response!!! I’m FED UP! I’ve been a client for over 6 years!!! So disappointing!!!

[Dominique Stack @Niqi111]

@McDonalds_SA I’m so DISAPPOINTED!! Was waiting for the perfect chance to use my 2 free numetro movie tickets, when I got the chance today, they said the tickets were invalid. Mc Donalds then said they have expired. Why did you not say with the tickets that they would expire?????
