Earlier this month the Coral Mental Health Crisis Hub was established, providing mobile support to people experiencing a mental health crisis in South West London.
So we've developed an infographic illustrating how it all works.
Last week I suggested an idea of a QI Nursing Collaborative for improving care plans. This week my amazing @SWLSTG_Qii team helped make that a reality. What a fab afternoon with some fantastic @SWLSTG nurses like @AbbyJelley driven to make change!
