Just a little reminder that there will be no Wednesday evening program this week. Will be a Thursday night program that promises to be very interesting. Next week we returned to our normal schedule. Just an additional note please be praying as I prepared to preach this Sunday
@AllanRuhl How does that further the Gospel? As for sound doctrine, I think the authorial intent understood through the original languages and background are far more important. But I guess it provides a video topic.
@AllanRuhl Anyone who understands the term Sola Scriptura should understand Dr. Brown's objection. The other thing that is commonly ignored is the incredible anti-Semitism of the church fathers brought into the church and has affected Christian interpretation of the Scriptures.
@Logos I enjoy the ability to have parallel resources. So I can have my Hebrew text, LXX, and English Bible opened when in the Hebrew Scriptures. When in my New Testament I can have the English and Greek side-by-side. Note all of these resources will scroll together!
@laurchastain22 I believe that it is possible for points to be well taken and not take all the data into consideration. I think in fair dialogue it is possible to go ahead and understand someone's feelings without necessarily believing that there are no other points to take into account
The question of the language of embodiment or divine localization related to God and how it allows for the incarnation is an important question. I look forward to seeing many of you this evening. Here's the PowerPoint for everybody. join us at https://t.co/FDu9sfyqAX
Jewish Holiday Devotion for May (post-Pentecost) Although we are past Pentecost and there are no typical Jewish holidays in till the fall. One of the perks that I give to attaché level patriots is a Jewish holiday devotional. https://t.co/i649Y8TJYW
