While the school year winds down, our #NISD TSS team is just getting started! They’re tackling major summer projects: managing the iPad 8 end-of-life transition and prepping devices for summer school and the 26-27 school year. Thanks for the behind-the-scenes magic!

Teamwork makes the dream work! No one likes a fiber cut, especially when it impacts campuses. While we hoped for a quick resolution, preparing for a worst-case scenario required many hands across multiple teams. Thanks to our partners for making the overnight fix! #Teamwork #NISD

Our Technology Support Specialist had an amazing 25-26 year, keeping #NISD connected! Launching the Middle School Cart Model required a huge logistical shift, but having charged, reliable devices ready for our middle school students daily made it all worth it.
