@steipete Loops are the fastest way to burn through your tokens & rack up credit card debt
When giving a task to a junior, do you actively guide them or let them run around the office wasting everyone's time till they "eventually" figure it out?
OpenAI just announced they’re launching ads in ChatGPT - a line Sam Altman said they wouldn’t cross 🤷
AI has quietly shifted from pro-user to pro-advertiser.
IMO #ChatGPT will see deeper ad intrusion, slowly biased answers, and an eventual collapse of trust.
For 150 years, technology unbundled work into hierarchies to give you the corporate ladder
AI is bundling work back up, killing the middle-manager doing updates, decks & reports
To survive pick a side: go insanely deep into a craft or go broad as a mini-CEO of business problems
Used time-off to rebalance my stock portfolio for 2026…but with #AI 🤷🏼

AI has given everyone a full production studio. Creativity is now limited by ideas, not budget.
Our youngest marketer (<1 yr exp) shipped this holiday video - “Amber works in the background to make your work feel like Christmas.”
No agency, no licenses, no stock libraries. Just an idea + #AI + speed.
We’ve entered an era where execution is cheap and judgement is the only edge.
A dog & a cat walk into a podcast studio…and somehow, it still makes more sense than most B2B ads I’ve seen 😅
Playing around with AI video tools to create attention-grabbing but meaningful content.
Does this work for you?
Roasts, suggestions, ideas please?
Did a bunch of GenAI workshops last few weeks with @themastersunion@GTMDialogues & @GrowthX_Club folks. Smart people. Crazy energy. Lots of “aha!” moments 🤡
4 big problems stood out:
1️⃣ We are very very early → most people are too scared to adopt AI because of a bad 1st experience. Leaders still default to “it’s easier to hold people accountable than to enable them with AI.”
2️⃣ But we’re also very late → early adopters are doing absolutely wild things. Saw teams building “Agentic consensus” and “AI running 100s of ads daily to find PMF” faster than any human can.
3️⃣ The best AI users aren’t technical or experienced specialists → they’re creative & free-thinking ICs.
4️⃣ GenAI adoption has to be a top-down push → if managers, leaders, founders don’t adopt & drive this, their teams (and companies) will lag behind.
If you’re a manager or leader reading this → have you done anything to enable your team to use #GenAI regularly?
