@Discovery_SA The problem here is the way that you have set up your system, and that you do not care about accommodating honest people who really try hard to achieve the points.
Please start caring and accommodating.
Be fair.
@Discovery_SA You need to upgrade your systems so that you can award the points that people deserve for the times that they have worked out.
Anyone who has ever forgotten to stop their tracker will be cheated out of their points.
@Discovery_SA What you're saying is:
Someone needs to start running, then only turn on their tracker once their heart rate is high, pause the tracker if they intend to rest in the middle, and then make sure they stop the tracker before they cool down at the end, to not bring down the average?
@Discovery_SA If a person exercises for 5 hours, and their heart rate average was above the required points for any specific hour during that time, then you have to give them the points for that hour. The average for the 5 hours does not matter.
@Discovery_SA But that is wrong.
Hiking for 1 hr, should calculate to 1 hr of activity.
The walking around my car, sitting under the tree, or laying in the pool does not affect that one 1 hour of activity.
@Discovery_SA I'm going to go train today for 35mins and let my fitbit record what it wants. It will probably record about 45mins. You will then have to go calculate where in those 45mins the 30mins are that you need to reward points for. You won't allow me to show you, but it will be there.
@Discovery_SA How do i get you to allocate the correct points from the start, without manually creating or editing workouts?
How do I get the points for the average heart rate of the one hour, which is contained in a 3 hour activity?
@Discovery_SA If I go running for an hour, you need to give me points for that hour.
If I forget to stop the activity on my device and it keeps running for another hour, you are not allowed to ignore my first hour.
@Discovery_SA You did not give me the 300 points that I deserved. I then edited the times for the activity so that you can clearly see what you did not see before. I cannot update the heart rate data, so there is no foul play.
You still owe me 200 points for this activity.
@Discovery_SA is refusing to give me the points I deserve for an exercise, because I edited the time span from 3 hrs to 1.5 hrs (to exclude the resting period that my Fibtbit accidentally tracked). Ref#5595549985
