@MalNationalist Kasaragod was historically part of South Canara with a strong Kannada presence. Although, Tulu had its own Tigalari script, but most modern Tulu literature has long been written in Kannada script. Tulu and Kannada have long gone hand in hand culturally and linguistically.
@SidNeregal @__Simply_me____ @Shyam_TOXIC Throughout the film, there was constant reference to the Bhramarakshasa, yet when the character finally appeared, how did viewers failed to realise it.
#KantaraChapter1 banned in Kerala?
There are ongoing disputes between Prithviraj Productions and FEUOK (one of Keralaβs theatre associations) over revenue share terms. But the news like a βbanβ is nothing but fun π FEUOK can choose not to screen a film in their member theatres, but they cannot ban a movie in Kerala.
Even if FEUOK steps aside, there are enough screens under Magic Frames, Aashirvad Cinemas, Central theatres, national multiplex chains, and other independents that are not part of FEUOK π
And above all, these issues are expected to be sorted out soon.
OTT πΏ
#SufromSo - Streaming now on JioHotstar in Kannada, Telugu & Malayalam.
NO TAMIL AUDIO DUB β
Reason - Tamil remake rights has been sold, there will be not Tamil dub version made available.
@ShettyTrader@Kannada_BO Genuinely, where did you feel they targeted Hindus in #Lokah? Was it about attacking the king? Didn't #kantara also have a similar backplot theme?

Bhakts can never get over what Empuraan did to them by depicting Gujarat riots in a Malayalam movie π
Hatred against the Malayalam film industry and Kerala will continue, lol.
