My Jio fibre stopped working today since 8:40 am. after raising a complaint (SR00002GJO42) you provided me with a Service Engineer Slot 1-2 pm today. No one has visited yet to resolve the issue. Nowadays your service has become like BSNL. Pls take your dabba.
