(4) 3. The pain aggrevated & on doing proper medical examination (X-RAY) we were advised by the Dr. to cancel the tour. We immediately informed them about this giving all proof, Dr prescription etc. & requested for a refund. We were informed today that "NO REFUND IS POSSIBLE".
