I went to one of the general stores near my home for purchase some items. The uneducated shopkeeper asked me that Rs1750 has been debited from his account. So i opened his paytm app and see that there is 1750 charges for soundbox charges being debited. @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare Nothing was done to rectify the case. They asked me to just raise complaint via application from customer application in phone. Which i already did weeks ago. The fraud company @Paytmcare @Paytm have neither taken back the soundbox nor have they reversed the money.

I request @Paytmcare @Paytm to reverse the charges and have better customer support to people who are not educated. The CRM should know that if soundbox is not being used there would be someone issue which you could address

I enquired with him and he said no one came to collect soundbox. I guess you are gonna charge him again. I guess this is how you make money, robbing money from poor who are not educated, who are not handy with raise complaint via phone who cant understand your scam

The shopkeeper had requested for cancellation of soundbox more than a year back and has not been using it for a year. And now suddenly you charge the poor man 1750 for it? I raised the complaint for him for reversal of charges. They told the soundbox will be collected
