Please be careful when buying a Skoda vehicle in India, especially when it comes to after-sales service.

My experience with PPS Skoda, Gachibowli has been very disappointing. My side mirror was broken, and when I visited the service center, the manager assured me that the replacement would be arranged. However, despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper response or update.

It’s extremely frustrating to keep following up for something that should have been handled by the service team. The lack of communication and ownership is very disappointing.
