The Ark of the Covenant was designed with a woven circle on top, and the wood used to create it has extremely large thorns - in fact, it’s likely that the same ones on Jesus’ crown were from the same wood

Samson was safe while his hair was tangled and kept together by a nail, but once it was removed, he was doomed

Absalom was fleeing on horseback from David’s men when the branches caught his hair, and then he was hit with three spears (like the three nails). He is the rebellious son of David whereas Christ was the Messiah, Son of God and son of David by lineage
