KLM is one of the most unreliable airlines one can book tickets on. If they issue vouchers they cancel at will and cheat you with the money.
If you book a fully refundable ticket ever, they deduct money and make a refund and NO ONE in the entire KLM will ever give an answer

@drkjsrini excellent facilities in the form of Passport seva kendra. Still the process is so cumbersome and bureaucratic. Applied for an additional booklet as pages were over in the one I have. For this a police verification is needed?? This is sheer waste of time and harassment!

Voucher policy is a scam, seat selection cannot be made on website, refunds processing is hopeless… Passengers are taken for granted!!

Atrocious service when it comes to any money that one needs to be encash vouchers issued by KLM. You have to remember from which country it was issued, valid voucher isn’t recognised on website, zero help if you contact customer service !!

The most horrible and non customer friendly service ever.

If you make a booking and want to do anything with it you have to contact the country one made the booking in. So KLM forces you to remembers where you travelled to get any kind of help…

@OfficialSdmc despite sending out official claims of unauthorised work happening by Dr. Choubey at C-4/41, SDA no action has been taken by the authorities. They are deliberately doing construction work and prohibiting flow of natural light and air in the area.

@JindalSK_IN please urgently give clarity how people have to commute between Delhi and gurgaon. MHA wants industry to open but no one can cross border from Delhi if one is staying in Delhi even if the industry has government of Haryana approval ! How does one work ?
