Just a reminder. CT scan with IV contrast IS NOT CONTRAINDICATED in patients with ESRD on chronic HD (Unless the patients are temporarily in HD and you expect renal function to recover).

Different story is the contrast MRI since in this case the Gadolinium can cause NSF.
