The Ghana Police Service has arrested two suspects after intercepting a truck transporting 175 slabs of suspected narcotics from Kpandai to Accra.

Reports indicate that a GH¢30,000 bribe was allegedly offered to an officer during the operation. Investigations are ongoing.

in 2023, my uncle, who was an uber driver, had his phone snatched at Teshie. the next day, we visited the Teshie Police Station to report, about 7 other victims were there to report the same case.

Its 2026, nothing has been done about the Teshie phone snatching and attvck.. drivers complain everyday, now here we are..

A close associate told THE EDHUB that Terry sent him a WhatsApp message around 12am on Sunday, claiming he had been “set up” by a girl in a room at Teshie. He reportedly shared a photo of the room and his location.

The associate said the messages appeared unusual, as the sender did not use Terry’s usual style of communication. He later received another message around 3am claiming Terry had been released.

However, Terry’s family later contacted him, saying he had not returned home and could not be reached. The associate then discovered that the photo and shared location had been deleted from the chat.

Terry’s whereabouts remain unknown.

Phone dealer Nana Yaw Kyere, popularly known as Terry/Dinero, has reportedly been missing for several days under circumstances his family and friends describe as concerning.

The EDHUB contacted Terry’s co-phone dealer, who works with him at the same shop at Circle and was reportedly the last person to communicate with him before his disappearance.

He disclosed to the EDHUB that he received a WhatsApp message from Terry around 12am on Sunday, in which Terry claimed that he had been “set up” by a girl in a room. Terry reportedly sent a photo of the room and shared a location showing Teshie.

According to his colleague, the messages did not appear to follow Terry’s usual texting style. He said Terry normally addresses him as “bro,” but the person texting used “boy,” prompting him to ask whether it was really Terry.

The colleague said he later fell asleep during the conversation and woke up around 3am to see another message purportedly from Terry saying he had been released and had left the place.

Hours later, Terry’s family contacted the colleague and informed him that Terry had not returned home and that all attempts to reach him had been unsuccessful. He then checked their WhatsApp conversation and discovered that the photo of the room and the shared location had been deleted.

Terry’s family and friends have since not heard from him, and his whereabouts remain unknown.
