@nlcpeople Genuine question: my elderly parents want to pay for the permit. They have no access to internet and even then you need to create a gov. Uk account to order and pay !! Is there another way to pay for permit please ??

Feels a bit odd to ‘like’ this article, given its content, but @MrMcEnaney asks very pertinent questions abt the state of languages in education: we need to protect language learning for all or it will become the preserve of the elite.
