@GuillermElodie Oh idk at a guess I'd say because they were promised they would prioritise British farmers making sure the UK market was flooded with local produce and locally sourced fish and would get a fair price. Instead they all got shafted.

@Beth_HT @FelixOvium I don't usually get involved on these discussions but that really wasn't the case. Outdoor areas were introduced to accommodate smokers and so pubs wouldn't lose significant business. The original smoking ban saw mass closures of pubs and WMCs across the country
