You don’t need perfection.
You need consistency in tiny doses.

Protein first.
Move your body for 10 minutes.
Pause before choosing.

Help yourself by reaching for the Holiday Rescue Guide instead of regretting your decisions come January when you tell your doc - “My A1c is going to suck because of the holidays” I doesn’t have to!
If you’ve fallen into the trap of the holiday chaos in the past… Halloween starts the spiral and by the end of December your saying “I’ll start over in January”, you’re not alone.
Travel, overcommitting, sweets binging or stressful Uncle Larry and his political monologue…
can easily wreck all the progress you’ve made with your health this year…or make it harder to stick with your health goals!

Women in any level of leadership (executives, entrepreneurs, management, etc): what is one insight you would share with your younger self about what success looks like?
@OfficialADSOrg Exactly what I help women do - reverse insulin resistance during my 12 week coaching program. It’s possible but the chances start to decrease after 3 years of diagnosis and after 5 years chances drop off more significantly. It’s why it’s so important to take action early on!
@OfficialADSOrg More people need to be screened for insulin resistance routinely and be provided clear direction on how to avoid this instead of generic advice. Medical schools and pharmacy schools need to put more emphasis and provide designated modules on this topic. Thank you!
