@JoshFairhurst I was looking forward to trying this out on my Switch 2 eventually. But seeing as there's a lack of confidence in a Switch release, could we instead get it as part of a collection once all the Digital Pictures remasters are made?

[N-MCMXCIX @Nmcmxcix]

@JoshFairhurst Honestly! The only way you'll see me pay that much at retail for just one movie is if it were sold on reels actual film! Come to think of it, why don't they offer that as an option? A simple print on demand model could be quite profitable.

@OatmealDome Oops! Forgot Sunshine. Same week as Odyssey perhaps? Also, didn't mention New Super Mario Bros. 2 or Super Mario Run because I figured we'd have gotten that by now if there was anything. Don't think Wonder got anything due to timing, could be the subject of a future update.

[N-MCMXCIX @Nmcmxcix]

@OatmealDome 5 ay? I figured this would be a June though August thing. That said, I figure: One week for 3D Land, 3D World, & Captain Toad. One for MarioKart 8. And one for Super Mario Odyssey. Maybe a batch of new tracks afterwards if that's on the way.

@VideoGamesPlus_ @Sony @PlayStation Also: Capcom didn't make or distribute Metal Gear Solid as far as I'm aware.

[N-MCMXCIX @Nmcmxcix]

@VideoGamesPlus_ @Sony @PlayStation Why are there two N64 consoles in the background?

@alexdelareta @LimitedRunGames After looking into it: It was the PCEWorks version I saw. Perhaps the plan was to distribute that similar to how they sometimes publish titles already available overseas?

[N-MCMXCIX @Nmcmxcix]

@alexdelareta @LimitedRunGames Little Samson will probably go on sale in the summer, maybe fall. Rondo of Blood, I thought happened years ago.

[N-MCMXCIX @Nmcmxcix]

@VideoGamesPlus_ The Wii U, being released in 2012, does not belong here, as the other two listed were released in 2005 & 2006, and the systems released alongside it aren't. Therefore, the Wii U should not be given this premature classification UNLESS the PS4 and Xbox One are also given it now.

@LimitedRunGames Any notable differences between this and the previous Japanese release?

[N-MCMXCIX @Nmcmxcix]

@LimitedRunGames Glad to have had a shot at Valis III, as I got the other two from The Vault previously. Shantae 5 [6?] was tempting, but I figured I'd let everyone else fight over it. Why bother when Pirate's Curse is impossible to have? Here's hoping for Switch 2 Editions of the series so far.

[N-MCMXCIX @Nmcmxcix]

@TFS0ul @LimitedRunGames There may be a few copies left of the Arc System Works version out there somewhere. Or alternatively, gamble on a Switch 2 Edition happening someday? Or was it the PlayStation version you wanted?

[N-MCMXCIX @Nmcmxcix]

@LimitedRunGames That reminds me: What are the chances of Shantae and the Pirate's Curse being reprinted as a Switch 2 Edition? Or any Shantae title for that matter?

@Stephen_Georg Just a little something I put together a couple years ago...

@ModernVintageG Here's a thought: Instead of Modern Warfare and Black Ops, go the complete opposite direction and have a Call of Duty set in WWI, the Civil War, 1812, or even the Revolutionary War! Once in a blue moon, we get one on WWII, but I don't recall them doing any wars before that.

[N-MCMXCIX @Nmcmxcix]

@GabyUFOvlog @OatmealDome Also, though Nintendo tried to make the GBA 100% compatible with Game Boy and GBC, there was still 1 game incompatible. It's just not possible to always have everything carry over perfectly. However, the benefit of software translation is that it can, and shall, see improvement.

[N-MCMXCIX @Nmcmxcix]

@GabyUFOvlog @OatmealDome The 3DS had all the DS's chips on the board, as that was the best way to offer backwards compatibility back then. The 3DS didn't improve DS games as far as I know. The Switch 2 chips are roughly 50% the same, allowing for enhancements at the cost of only 99% compatibility.

[N-MCMXCIX @Nmcmxcix]

@thegameawards Would this delay increase the chances of it coming to Switch 2?
