This guy already had court dates he didn't attend, then he ignored his deportation order. Trump got elected, now all of these people that ignored their court dates, ignored their deportation orders for not attending those court dates, are now scrambling to go to court. Them showing up to court doesn't remove the deportation order. He had his chance to have due process and he ran from it. He didn't want it. He wanted to remain illegally in this country.

This is the crap many of you are ignoring. He will get his immigration hearing, he will get his due process, it will just be while he's at a detention facility.

Federal agents supercede any state/local laws to include law enforcement.

That's not true. I had neighbors, both illegal and their anchor babies. Mom was on welfare full benefits, claimed dad wasn't in the home (he was) Dad worked under the table as did mom.

Not only were they breaking the law by being here illegally. They were committing welfare fraud and tax fraud, and they lied about their income to qualify for the free school meals and SNAP.

They had 3 tax-free incomes coming in while their children got free school, free breakfast, free lunches, and free medi-cal. They had access to all the things that tax payers contributed to without paying into the pot. They just kept taking from it.

This is the story for a lot of illegals. It's not included in the "data" because you can't track what is never reported.

Fun fact: When Trump won his first term in 2016, the very next day, they had everything packed up and waited until the middle of the night and snuck out.

Newsom has been scrambling to find a way to keep illegals on free Medi-Cal since CA is in a deficit. I guess every little bit helps.

He used CalFire as political props, then 💩 all over them. Gavin cares more about illegals than he does Americans.

I don't have any empathy for people who escalate situations that endanger their children.

They asked them to open their door and exit the vehicle, once you refuse law enforcement can use any necessary actions to remove you from that vehicle.

These people are not above the law.
