@MassageEnvy Instead of automatically canceling, a call should be made first! Especially when a client has credits! Was so looking forward to that stretch and massage. And why cancel? Just update info when person shows up!
@MassageEnvy The way that you handle appointments when a card can't be charged is ridiculous! I've been a member for at least 5 years and due to the pandemic I'm behind at least 8 sessions. Because you couldn't charge my card (due to fraud - had to cancel).
My daughter has applied to 15 colleges. #expensive Not sure her reasoning but I'm trusting her process and funding it. Thankful for the occasional admission fee waivers. My anxiety is up just paying these fees.. ๐ฉ
