@wemabank how long does it take wema bank to release the CCTV footage of the person who stole my ATM card and withdrew 120000 naira? If another bank could release the CCTV footage in less than 48hrs of complain,why is it taking forever for you guys to release it to me?

@wemabank I just called purple connect and one chiyere is telling me to exercise patience on the issue of my stolen ATM and wema bank's inability to release the CCTV footage to me. For Christ sake,I was defrauded of 120000 naira. How patience can I be. I will escalate this issue

@wemabank @alatng How long does it take to get the CCTV footage? If another bank where I lodged the complain could give me the CCTV footage in less than 48hrs,I was defrauded of only 11000 in this bank, while I was defrauded of 120000 in wema bank. Why is it taking time?

@wemabank @alatng Before I was responded to, the perpetrator had already withdrawn 120000 naira From my account.i visited bariga branch to request for the CCTV footage of the incident on the 4th of February,2019,I was told purple connect had lodged the complain.
