@JAMBHQ Kindly use your good office to address these anomalies and give proper orientation to your staff at Awka to stop sending candidates back. I hope this can be addressed so that my daughter will go back to register as she was denied registration on Tuesday
@JAMBHQ Thank you for clarifying this information. Unfortunately, your office in Akwa, Anambra State says otherwise. I was there with my daughter to register and she was told that she has to go back to the school that offered her admission to get a withdrawal else she won’t be
@JAMBHQ As the only means of payment. Painfully, after the long queue, as it gets to your turn, the officer will ask you to go look for change. This is absurd and I believe that such an institution as Jamb should make electronic means of payment a priority
@JAMBHQ I would also like to bring to your notice the poor administrative process that applicants are made to go through which I believe should be corrected.
They don’t allow the use of electronic transactions of any sort. Applicants are compelled to use CASH
@JAMBHQ Registered, Infact, this was after she had paid for the registration fee. I also spoke to one of the Jamb officials and he insisted that she is not eligible to register to UTME unless she withdrew from the admission she has been offered
@JAMBHQ Does this apply to school candidates that wrote GCE last year and WAEC this year especially those with outstanding results for core subjects in WAEC but have uploaded their GCE O’ level results as Schools had already commenced Post UTME screening?
@Midatlblog What is the connection of this and name calling ? Can we address issues for what they are rather than go tribalist and political. This is really saddening. May God heal our land
@JAMBHQ Hope it is working this time, I saw similar announcement 2 days ago and went to CBTS center but was told that the system is still down nationwide.
I was at the Abuja Anambra house today for certificate of origin and must say that it is new building far better than where they were some years ago.
However, there is an urgent need to reform the process of getting certificate of Origin
than ask people to go and pay at the bank and return with the teller, that process is archaic and should be discouraged.
2. The requirements should be boldly written for the visiting public to read and be clear about the requirements without any encumbrances for better crowd
don’t have one as they have standby photographer to render the services.
I believe that the process can be more efficient for the applicants.
1. The office should provide a revenue account and a cashier for the applicants to pay either by cash or transfer or with POS rather
Applicants were asked to go to the bank to pay 5k or pay 6k at the office through a third party, according to them , the extra 1k is for transportation with POS charges if you will use POS for transfer or withdrawal. 500 Naira for the form and
2k for passport photograph if you
