Good news as the respiratory virus season wraps up: flu, RSV, & COVID-19 activity remain low across Washoe County.

Prescribed burning in the Dog Valley area west of Reno starts tomorrow, weather permitting. Smoke will be visible. Roads and trails will remain open but there is a temporary flight restriction in place above the treatment area. Remember: when you fly, we can't.
