जमालुद्दीन खुद को हाजी पीर जलालुद्दीन के नाम से प्रचारित करता है, बलरामपुर के उटरौला कस्बे में एक लंबे समय से धर्मांतरण का नेटवर्क चला रहा था, इस नेटवर्क के लिए विदेशों से 100 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की फंडिंग भी मिलने की बात सामने आई है

ADGP के अनुसार, जमालुद्दीन बाबा अब तक 40 से 50 बार इस्लामिक मुल्कों का यात्रा किया हैं, बलरामपुर में उसने कई संपत्तियां भी खरीदी हैं, इसके खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर लिया गया है और यूपी ATS जांच कर रही है।

STF का कहना है कि इस नेटवर्क की पहुंच पूरे भारत में फैली हुई है, विदेशी फंडिंग खाड़ी देशों से आने की बात सामने आई है।
