Did you know the character "Dexter Bagstille" from Sonic the Comic Online was based design wise on the early SatAM SoA phase design of Flicky?
Find out more about SatAM's history and its influence on the various comics in the upcoming book!
I think one of the most fascinating aspects of Sonic the Comic is how it kinda feels like it's from a different universe. One where SatAM didn't exist and the SoA story bible characters weren't reworked so heavily (such as Johnny becoming Bunnie), meaning the story bible stuff-
Did you know that in the UK Ladybird Sonic books, not only did they use the early Ricky-localized design of Sally, but they also drew her as having two Tails?
Find out how the UK adapted elements from the SoA story bible SatAM was loosely based on and more in the upcoming book!
Hey boomers, I've been busy working on a novel going over the complete history of Sonic SatAM... but as a fun Fleetway fact, not only did Al Nilsen and Madeline Schroeder create Sally Acorn, but also Kintobor, Johnny Lightfoot, Porker, and a bunch of Fleetway characters!
After quite a bit of a research, at this point, I think we can definitely say the creators of Sally Acorn were Al Nilsen, Director of Marketing at SOA, and Madeline Schroeder, the Project Manager for Sonic the Hedgehog. They wrote the story bible where Sally Acorn originated.

I decided to try and actually make this April Fools idea into a separate account. If you're a fan of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and the holistic detective agency of Dirk Gently, check out the Douglas Adams Appreciation and No Context Twitter!
An account dedicated to OOC moments/appreciation of the works of #DouglasAdams, including shows, books, radio series, etc. that he created/wrote for. May include stuff based upon his work (adaptations and sequels to his work by other people).
Submissions are open in DMs.
I've been doing this Hitchhiker's Guide comic book thing as an April Fool's, but would guys be interested in me also running a Douglas Adams No Context/Appreciation account? I love Dirk Gently and the Hitchhiker's Guide, I'd totally be up for running a separate account like that.
Some instances of the word "f*ck" are also replaced with the word "Belgium", however, this change made some sense, as "Belgium" was revealed to be the rudest word in the universe, so makes some sense in universe and is somewhat clever.
Fun Fact: The DC comics adaptation of "Life, the Universe, and Everything" is based on the censored US version, so it retains the changes such as Wowbagger calling Arthur a "kneebiter" rather than an "asshole".
