@CityPowerJhb Hello any updates on Allen’s Nek which is going on 18 hours now and not a word from @citypower as to what even the problem might be. This is really bordering on human rights violations now. 18 hours. We want a proper update and to know if a team has been assigned or sent out yet!

@CityPowerJhb is can't buy prepaid electricity for my meter on either FNB or Capitec. It says an error has occurred with purchase. Is there some form of outage?
