@Bikery1966 Getting funding for maintenance is really hard compared with new shiny stuff. The whole business case process is weighed towards the "benefits" of new / wider / more. It's always sold as improving buses & active travel these days but we all know it's mostly for private cars.

@Bikery1966 Dawsons scheme is a bit of everything & final point in the fink hill to dawsons cycle scheme which then links to Bradford/ Leeds cycle link. It's got some good stuff in it - if it didn't it wouldn't have got the DfT funding
