@Cllr_Rich In the meantime Nobel House is still waiting for ACM cladding to be removed! Also we hope you are checking that all fire breaks & cavity walls are completed correct-would hate for other to experience what we are!!!! #BuildingSafetyCrisis@RedhillCladding@Davison_J_Liv@ukcag
So our cladding bill has gone from £5million to over £10million. How can that happen? Our MA failed to apply for the BSF. First bill received for WW and Survey. Why should we pay? @ukcag@NobelH_Cladding
Be bold and fix this cladding nightmare, says @EstherMcVey1
Thank you for your support, Esther 🙏
We agree this Govt has not done enough & it needs to step up to show it is on the side of homeowners.
As you rightly say, this issue is not going away 👇

"Owners of up to 70% of fire-trap flats may not be able to sue over safety failures as the buildings are too old to be covered under new law change"
And most people can't afford to litigate anyway.
Thank you @MilesDilworth

@ChrisPincher How embarrassing. You might add that there is also the highest number of new build defects, the highest number of new home owners at risk of forfeiture and you and the government are doing nothing to prevent more problems or resolve the current problems.

This is a resident-led initiative to obtain redress for innocent #BuildingSafetyCrisis victims.
We agree the polluters should pay - don't you?

It’s been 12 long months of fighting just to get to this point. An incredibly long way still to go but fantastic to be raising a 🍺 tonight to celebrate the very first piece of good #cladding news for those of us living in @NobelH_Cladding#EnoughIsEnough
