If Mesidor hits a prime Shaq peak by year 3, I don't think anyone complains.

He doesn't need to be threatening the sack record. He just needs to be a consistent threat to the QB, averaging 8-12 and he'd a hero.

Meanwhile ½ of his OCs look to be building teams more complete and competitive than he has.

@PewterReport Glazers forced Bowles on the team. I don't think Licht had much say in the hire and I don't blame Mike for leaving for more consistency.
