At the October 24 meeting of the Nobleton Lions Club, Lion Jerry MacBain presented John Ciarallo with the Helen Keller Fellowship Award for his continuous support of the Nobleton community John Ciarallo, original owner of the “No Frills” store in Nobleton, retired this year.
