Exposure is non-negotiable for serious leadership.
You cannot claim readiness for the highest office when your entire circle is limited to your village mates. Leadership of a complex, diverse nation demands breadth of experience, exposure to different ideas, cultures, and standards not just loyalty from the people who grew up with you.
Without that exposure, the danger is real: given power, some will mistake muratina for a 30-year-old Macallan and still insist they know the difference. That is not vision. That is provincial thinking dressed up as ambition.
Kenya needs leaders who have seen the world, tested themselves beyond their comfort zones, and developed the judgment that only real exposure provides. Anything less is a risk the country cannot afford.
