@MastersSwimming Good set, but a few rough edges... On the 50's, what "Race Pace" 50, 100, 200, 500, Mile??? Anything 200 or less seems to be a bit unrealistic to hold that speed for that distance with only 10 seconds of rest unless your level of fitness borders on that of a college swimmer
