Dear Support Team,

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with Throne and Liberty's policy regarding cross-platform progression. Despite the possibility of linking accounts, the progress made on one platform (in my case, PS5) does not transfer to another (PC).

This is unacceptable for the following reasons:

Significant Investment in Cosmetics: I have spent the sum of €1435, in both gear and on cosmetic items from your in-game store, in good faith.

Significant Playtime: I have accumulated over 1000 hours in this game, which demonstrates my commitment and appreciation for Throne and Liberty.

Deficient Policy: The inability to retrieve my progress and cosmetic purchases on another platform, despite the ability to link accounts, is a deeply disappointing and detrimental policy for players. The value of my investment, especially in the appearance of my characters, is thus rendered null and void when switching platforms.

This situation has caused me to lose my entire investment of time and money. Such a policy is highly likely to discourage players who, like me, enjoy your game and dedicate time and resources to it, but do not feel respected by this limitation.

I sincerely hope that you will take my message into consideration and re-evaluate your policy regarding cross-platform progression in order to avoid losing loyal players.
