Gotchi Labs quietly clarified something in their last post that changes how I read the whole expansion: Dinogotchi and Sleepagotchi aren't the same layer.

@sleepagotchi is the live product, the actual Health & Wellness vertical people open every morning. Dinogotchi sits above that, described as the character and consumer IP layer that gives the whole ecosystem its personality. two different jobs, not one brand wearing two names.

that separation matters more once you think about what's coming next. Shopping, Fitness, Productivity, eventually more categories, each one presumably its own specialized product and its own agent. if every vertical had to build its own mascot and identity from scratch, you'd end up with a pile of disconnected apps that happen to share an investor deck. instead, Dino carries the personality across all of it, and $CHI carries the actual access, rewards and commerce underneath.

so the architecture isn't "one app growing bigger." it's specialized products, specialized agents, one shared identity and one shared economic layer holding it together. that's a more deliberate structure than most multi-vertical crypto projects bother setting up before they've even launched the second vertical
