As a Validator on Terra, I believe this is the right and necessary step for the network.

Current reality:
• Only 105/130 slots are active
• ~22 validators were jailed after the v2.18.0 upgrade
• The bottom 30 validators hold only ~2% of total stake

Why do I agree?

⚡ Better performance - Fewer validators = fewer prevote/precommit messages per round → lower block latency, faster network

🔒 Security unaffected - The top 100 validators already control 98% of stake. The Nakamoto Coefficient remains stable at 7 among the best in the Cosmos ecosystem

🛠️ More efficient operations - Easier upgrade coordination, reduced risk of chain halts

This is a simple parameter change, requires no software upgrade, and aligns with the standards of leading Cosmos SDK chains.
