Again a majority of our councillors let us down. On 29/11 they voted to not oppose a reinstating of borehole no 5 on council land (our land). It was originally drilled without the councils permission! So why not say "NO". You say you are opposed to this tip #RMBC, prove it.

@SarahChampionMP @RMBCPress @Rothbiz What about the avenues that they already have the power to enforce, like registering the existing contaminated tip in accordance with the Environment Protection Act and admitting that they have responsibility for the Accessway. Both of these issues are relevant.
