@AutisticCallum_ I wish that worked for me! Glad it helps you😊
For me, I have to have outside accountability - if I set smaller, earlier deadlines, I need a boss/coworker/etc to hold me to them
@AuDHDtherapist I'm creating a course on motivation and task initiation for ADHD. Another topic I see a big need for is budgeting - solutions for how to create a budget, stick to it long term, and avoid impulse buys.

Yes, I finished my book.
…which required neglecting everything else.
This is my desk… which I *just came out of hyperfocus enough to realize* needs attention:
I live with ADHD every day. I'm very aware of (most) things I'm doing wrong, and I also don't want to be doing them. But a good coach, supportive friends, and the freedom to use coping skills and accommodations as needed, make life pretty okay.
RSD (rejection sensitive dysphoria) is a pretty common ADHD symptom, and I talk about it almost daily with clients. And yet, I still manage to discover new ways for it to show up in my own life: like disappointment (a thread)
They may not even be aware that that's what they're experiencing (even if they are a super awesome coach who helps people with ADHD every day). So, be patient with them. If it's you, be patient with yourself and revisit tip #1.
