@mugiwaraNoMatt3 Really fumbled this story line by off screening these characters, their backstory, their tailed beast and their death.
Naruto world building really horrendous
@p_pers008@RickSanchezTV We can’t go back to a society of healthy discourse and political differences.
This is where we are, a society of conspiracies, division and distrust. Only a catastrophic cleanse can correct this.
@BillzByke@marclamonthill I wasn’t advocating for the middle class. My point was 900-1m is the average. Inheritance tax has historically been for the uber wealthy, because of circumstance this group isn’t the uber wealthy.
I don’t believe in blindly slapping taxes on individuals without context.
@_24kin Yes because Red Sox fans do not care about Roman’s career stats. We want our banner to hang in Yawkey Way.
And if he had opportunities and fell short in big moments to do that , he’s getting crucified.
It’s win, or nothing. Simple.

Please, miss me with this cute line of questioning. I’m well aware that a portion of NY housing market is elite owned + used to launder money.
I also know there’s still people this would affect that don’t fall under the elite category.
@Cpeezy123@SeabeeConcrete@Thechat101 Also this is a crazy way of thinking. You’re advocating for the elimination of large amounts of wealth so homes can be “cheaper.” While people have to hold homes with negative values, with high interest rates and high monthly payments.
@Cpeezy123@SeabeeConcrete@Thechat101 Appraisals for NY happen yearly. What affects appraisals are sales of home around your area.
Listing price and appraisal price aren’t usually that far off because the loan underwriter base loan approval off that price.
@Cpeezy123@SeabeeConcrete@Thechat101 Your argument is based on the assumption that a lot of homes aren’t value at that range.
This isn’t pre-Covid. Because of housing inflation, million dollar homes in NY city is becoming the norm:
@Cpeezy123@SeabeeConcrete@Thechat101 Again this isn’t about taxing the rich, he wants to disincentivize homeownership and its transfer. Because him and multiple people on his team are against private ownership of land.
@Cpeezy123@SeabeeConcrete@Thechat101 And this isn’t an uncommon thing, because of inflation and low housing stock, the median homes value across America has reached this level.
Many avg Americans do not have 40k so if inherited, they’d be forced to sell the home or take a loan out against it to afford the tax.
@BlackMajikMan90 Or he’s a coward that dragged his country into war and now is secretly hiding in a bunker (or outside of Israel) because he refuses to admit to the world that Chinese/Russian GPS data spooked him into hiding
@PanasonicDX4500 People need to realize these people weren’t actual revolutionaries, and that was the point.
They were posers, part of the movement for different personal reasons (thrill, self sense of importance, etc.) but not an actual fundamental understanding of the significance of the cause
