@JoeCassandra Some of the sports and the amount of travel is crazy, but some club sports with travel are fine. You can have them play some travel sports and still take vacations around the country & world. One could argue the sports are more important than the world travel for development.

The costs have gotten so high for insurance that people are either dropping their coverage or getting coverages that exclude CAT coverages. @drantbradley I don’t think most believe that. I think most believe that playing sports, especially team sports, is better for overall development as a person. You can also play sports and work hard strengthening those skills too as they aren’t mutually exclusive.
