This is a bit concerning—Overnight hurricane models have come in quite a bit more aggressive as they are all showing a sub 960mb hurricane. This would suggest a category 2-3 hurricane is possible. Another concern is that they aren’t showing major weakening before landfall like we had expected. We might need to start mentioning the threat of a major hurricane if this trend continues.
Looks like the storm shifted east away from us , definitely good news for us because it’s prob going to be a strong storm
