Wits never takes accountability for anything. The fact that they chose to prioritize that PR video over addressing the "technical glitches" says a lot.

I am just here to warn y’all to NEVER EVER take up insurance with Admin Plus(default insurer for @TelkomZA ) They are a scam, jokes aside. They stole money from me then went MIA. If you have problems with them REPORT THEM. Report them to the Short Term Insurance Ombudsman.
