@DeepikaBhardwaj @dir_ed Mam VAT is applicable on alcohol hence you see 900 odd rs which 10% of alcohol which was 9k. Where as gst is 5% (split evenly between cgst and sgst) Hence we see 220 each on around 9k food item.

@JioCare Bhavisha I got couple of calls from Sales team and they said that since I had already paid amount by myself everything will taken care by installation team. As Sales has no role now. Also installation team schedule was due 5 hours back but still no update.

@Flipkart Please look into customer service. I brought an air fryer which cracked on first use. I contacted flipkart then told me that sir we will refund the amount. But they closed the ticket. Post that I was asked to go for replacement. I accepted that 1/2

Now I am having a faulty product god knows what internal issues that is having. I have spoke to more than 10 times with Flipkart on this everyone is given me wrong information. Last customer care executive said to me that we can't do anything and what others have told.
