Usually small enterprises are inspired by big corporates. But there's always that one significant or rather rare moment where the opposite occur... 🙂

@redvelvetcake4@CebohMqush@MssLingz But with everything said. I'm not implying that an unregistered customary marriage is null and void it is valid but there are many reasons why the Act was ammendment and why Customary marriages are being registered at Home Affairs
@redvelvetcake4@CebohMqush@MssLingz I beg to differ. Lobola is a traditional requirement to validate marriage even the law respects that, but for a customary marriage to be recognized in accordance to the "law" it must be registered.
@Preshasii_26 @CebohMqush@MssLingz A new amended Act was introduced in SA I think year 2010/2021... so marriages before are not nullified in anyway and also the absence of home affairs registration doesn't nullify the marriage but lobola alone isn't a "legally recognized marriage" nor is it a prerequisite
@CebohMqush@MssLingz Lobola is not a marriage but part of the customary marriage process. Like civil marriages , customary marriages (monogamous/polygomous) they have to be registered under the Department of home affairs to be recognized by the recognition of customary marriages act.
@fiksb@_BlackZA That's shouldn't even be a Question. The partner cheated and chances are "the friend" is also now infected with HIV life goes on. Love yourself, and leave them nge cheating yabo edakiwe. The friend will heal and one day be happy.
@The_Chosen_Lady @Thapz__ Someone said one shouldn't share their fears and tears with their partner 👀 I'm out here wondering why are people still dating🥴
