Got a new @airtelindia fibre connection 15 days ago here in Pune (Kharadi), and it's already down for the 3rd time!
​The current outage has almost crossed the 24-hour mark. Seriously regretting making the switch. Please look into this immediately and resolve it. @Airtel_Presence
