It’s like listening to a broken jukebox that only plays one song.
At this point, if an alien spaceship landed on the White House lawn, Trump would somehow explain that the aliens were funded by ActBlue, controlled by Hillary, and sent by Sleepy Joe to attack the Reflecting Pool.
And the MAGA faithful would be on social media within minutes explaining how this proves he’s the greatest leader in human history.
The man could blame a thunderstorm on Biden, a flat tire on Obama, and a bad haircut on Hillary and there’d still be people applauding like trained seals at SeaWorld.

For some reason, this disturbed the radical-level lunatics. The guy that—one of the guys, he’s a member or big payer to ActBlue. He’s a big Hillary supporter. So apparently, with wars, inflation, debt, housing costs, healthcare, international tensions, and an economy that seems to change direction every other week, the pressing issue from the White House today is… the Reflecting Pool.

Nothing screams “leader of the free world” quite like passionately discussing vandalized pool while millions of people are worried about paying bills, buying groceries, or what tomorrow’s economy looks like.
And, as always, the MAGA crowd will cheer like they’ve just witnessed the Gettysburg Address.
If Trump announced tomorrow that gravity was cancelled, half of them would float off a cliff insisting it was a genius strategic move.
The most impressive thing isn’t what he says anymore, it’s watching people defend absolutely everything he says, no matter how ridiculous, irrelevant, or disconnected from reality it happens to be.

Yet Donald Trump has already turned Charlie’s death into another opportunity for himself. This is what Trump has done his whole life. He uses people until there is nothing left and then moves on. He has used his supporters, his allies and even his own country to enrich himself, his family and his small circle of billionaire friends. He has no interest in truth, in decency or in compassion. He only cares about himself.
Trump has no scruples. He has no honour. He lies, he cheats, he cons and he destroys. He is a convicted criminal who has gone through life breaking laws, crushing trust and leaving chaos behind him. Everything he touches becomes poisoned. He reduces every institution, every relationship and every principle to rubble if it serves his own gain.
Charlie’s death has now been twisted into another prop for Trump’s ego. Instead of showing respect to a man who lost his life, he uses the tragedy as a performance. He exploits the grief of a family and the pain of a community in order to grab attention and to feed his own cult. That is not leadership. That is not compassion. That is cruelty of the worst kind.
Trump has stripped America of greatness. He has dragged it to its knees with irrational policies, reckless lies and endless corruption. I stepped back from X because it has become poisoned. Political disagreements are no longer debates, they are met with hate, threats and now even death. The killing of Charlie Kirk is proof of how toxic social media and political discourse have become.
I disagreed with almost everything Charlie said and stood for. I found his politics divisive, his words often damaging. But he was a father, a brother and a husband. He had people who loved him and needed him. He did not deserve to die for his views. No one does. Losing his life for nothing is tragic and shameful.
What makes it even worse is seeing his death hijacked by Donald Trump. A man who has been convicted of crimes, proven to be a conman, and who has always used others’ pain for his own gain. Trump has no respect for Charlie’s life or for the grief of his family. He only respects himself, his family and the billionaire allies who keep him rich. He cons his supporters, he cons his movement, and he cons his country.
The most disgusting part is hearing Trump admit openly that he hates his opponents and does not want the best for them. That is not leadership. That is not compassion. That is not America. It is cruelty dressed up as strength.
If we cannot hold respect even for those we disagree with, then politics has lost all humanity. If social media continues to feed on lies, anger and hate, then tragedies like this will only repeat.

How did we reach this point. Today in London the far right gathered for the so-called “Unite the Kingdom” march organised by Tommy Robinson.
According to the Metropolitan Police and confirmed by Reuters and the Associated Press, the event drew around 110,000 people. That is already one of the largest far right demonstrations the UK has ever seen.
Robinson himself claimed that three million people attended. This is not supported by any credible evidence. Independent estimates from police and media place the figure closer to 110,000 to 150,000. The claim of three million is an exaggeration designed to inflate his movement’s influence.
The march was billed as a defence of free speech but in reality it was filled with anti immigrant chants, xenophobic slogans and racist language. There were violent clashes and police reported serious injuries. Over 1,600 officers were deployed and a number of arrests were made for violent disorder.
Tommy Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, has a long criminal record that includes assault, mortgage fraud, contempt of court and harassment of journalists. He has served prison sentences and been declared bankrupt while still owing large sums to HMRC.
The march was also linked rhetorically to the tragic killing of Charlie Kirk in the United States, a conservative activist shot at an event in Utah. His death is now being cynically used as a rallying point for far right politics here.
This is an attempt to import the worst of American political culture into Britain. In the US, a convicted criminal continues to enrich himself, his family and a circle of billionaire allies while being cheered on by figures such as Elon Musk calling for revolution. That is not a path the UK should follow.
The United Kingdom has always stood for fairness, truth and respect. When convicted fraudsters and hate preachers are treated as leaders and when tragedies are misused as propaganda we have to ask whether we have lost sight of those values.
We must resist a politics built on division and lies. We need to stand for decency, dignity and the common good.
